SD Series - Designed for heavy duty use by volume feeders, hotels, vending operations, institutions and hospitals.
Automatic - Ice is dispensed by foot pedal control (automatic timer control optional).
Delivery System - Stainless steel delivery auger driven by a heavy duty gear motor through a roller chain drive system. (SD-5000 has twin augers with separate foot pedals).
Agitation System - Push button activated all stainless steel agitators are powered by a separate gear motor(s) through a connecting roller chain drive system.
Serviceability - The entire unit is serviceable from the front and rear. All shafts can be removed from the front. This eliminates side clearance and minimizes space required for rear clearance (12”).
